Is it possible to learn a new profession in 10 months?
Yes. Assuming that you dedicate no less than 25 hours a week to studying, completing assignments on time, and keeping in touch with the school's team. In 10 months you will acquire the necessary skills, put a portfolio together, and start your new career.
What do I need to do to get accepted?
The admissions process consists of three phases:
- Assessment
- Skills challenge
- Personal interview
100 qualified applicants who demonstrate motivation and potential will be accepted to Practicum100.
How do I start?
Simply apply and start the admissions process, with our 30-min assessment and 20-hours pre-course, which will also give you a taste of what it means to be a tech professional.
Who will teach me?
The program is built and curated by experienced educators, methodologists, and professionals from Practicum by Yandex, Yandex School of Data Science\Web Development, and additional professionals from the forefront of the IT industry.
What is the studying process like?
There are 3 main components — theoretical breakdown followed by practical tasks in our interactive online platform, assignments to practice on your own, and coding under your tutor's supervision. You can practice on our platform at any time, but assignment completion is mandatory and time-restricted.
What if I can't keep up with the workload?
If at any point in the program you realise that you need to take a break or get some extra time to practice, you can take a 2-months academic leave. You can do this once during the program. Our program’s schedule also includes study breaks.
When will the course begin?
The next cohort starts on June 2022 for Data Analysis and Data Science and June 2022 for Web Development.
How long does the program last?
The program is 10 months long, and you are expected to invest at least 25 hours of studying a week.

Will I be able to find a job in the field when I'm done?
Yes, that’s why we are willing to invest in you. You do need to remember that the market looks for skills in addition to knowledge, and during the program, you will learn how to apply knowledge and build a portfolio of practical projects to showcase your skills. It is worth keeping in mind that making a name for yourself might require much work, and the more projects your portfolio includes, the better your chances are of finding a job at a reputable company.
What are the terms for Success-Based tuition?
You'll repay your tuition after you find work and earn a salary of 10,000 ILS per month or more. Once you start working, your repayment rate will be 10% of your monthly income, until the tuition cost of 45,000 ILS is fully repaid. If you earn less than 10,000 ILS after finishing the program, you pay nothing back.
Is there an acceptance fee?
Upon your acceptance to Practicum100 we will ask you to deposit a 1,000 ILS fee. The purpose of this fee is to raise your level of commitment to the training program, and to secure your place in it. The registration fee will be deducted from your outcomes-based repayments plan.
Please know that we want everyone to be able to have access to our program. if you really can’t afford this fee, just let us know and we’ll waive the cost.
Is Practicum100 open for people outside of Israel?
The June 2022 cohorts are open for people from Israel who upon graduation can work in Israel.
Why is the program in English?
We encourage everyone to communicate only in English as this is the industry's requirement.
Why do you choose only 100 students?
We’ve decided to limit the number of participants in each cohort so that we'll be able to maximise our focus on every student. What matters to us the most is our students' success, not how many students graduate.
